The WCC-AoE program, as the flagship initiative of the World Craft Council (WCC), aims to foster the continuity, sustainability, and innovation of craft. By encouraging the use of traditional, heritage, and contemporary craft resources and practices, the award inspires the creation of new forms of handicrafts that uphold rigorous standards of excellence.
We invite all talented craft makers to participate in this remarkable opportunity to showcase their craftsmanship, contribute to the sustainability of the handicraft industry, and be recognized on a global platform.

Application Distribution: 15th January to 29th February 2024
Submissions: 1st March to 10th April 2024
Subregional Pre-Evaluation: 15th April to 30th April 2024
Final Evaluation: 1st May to 5th May 2024
Announcement of
Awarded Products: 15th June 2024
