20th WCC AISBL General Assembly Notice
Dear Members, As you are aware, the Extraordinary General Assembly of WCC AISBL held on 30 September 2025 approved the revised Statutes and Bylaws to bring the organization into full compliance with the Belgian Code of Companies and Associations (2019-2020).

About the event
Under Belgian law, these revised Statutes and Bylaws must be registered and published in the Moniteur Belge (Official Gazette) before they can be formally placed before the membership for final adoption and implementation. This statutory process is currently in progress.
To ensure that the General Assembly is held in accordance with statutory requirements, the Executive Board has fixed the 20th General Assembly for 1 February 2026, rather than 31 December 2025 as would normally be required.
Accordingly, the 20th General Assembly of the World Crafts Council International AISBL will be held as follows:
